How to Return Your Purchase?

You can return your order within 14 days from the date you receive it, provided the goods are in their original condition. Please make sure that:


• All tags/labels are still attached to the product.
• The material is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• The product is in its original packaging.

If you would like to return your order, please initiate the return through the aftercare link—the same link used for tracking your order. Once initiated, you will need to ship the item using your local post office or a courier service. Please note that return shipment charges will be your responsibility, as we are currently unable to provide return labels. To ensure your items are not lost, we strongly recommend using tracked postage. Please be aware that if the items do not arrive at our warehouse, we will be unable to issue a refund.

How long does it take to receive a refund to my account after I have sent back my return?

It typically takes 3-5 working days from the time we receive your returned items to process the refund. Once processed, the refund should reflect in your account within 2 working days.
