Our team will carefully review your responses and advise you on the optimal shoe that is finely tuned to your unique requirements.

We recommend increasing the shoe size by half a size when purchasing.

What delivery options are available?

We offer 1st class and 2nd class delivery options. 1st class delivery typically takes between 1-2 working days from receiving the confirmation of receipt, while 2nd class delivery takes between 3-5 working days from receiving the confirmation of receipt. Please be aware that we are only shipping to the United Kingdom.

At this present time, we do not offer shipping services to the Channel Islands and other surrounding islands. This includes the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Orkney Islands, Shetland Islands, Isles of Scilly, Outer Hebrides (Western Isles), and Inner Hebrides. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

• The material is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• The product is in its original packaging

Please note that return shipment charges will be your responsibility, as we are currently unable to provide return labels.
